We believe that every community is centered around the supply and consumption of foods. Our vision is to create a public website that acts as a central location for people in the Rochester area to learn more about where their food comes from, where it's available, and where they can find them.

We are continually working to develop the site's platform to support user profiles and business pages, host searchable listings for organizations that grow, buy and sell food within the Rochester area. We will also be adding social networking capabilities along with interactive features such as media feeds, maps, and rating and feedback platforms. Having a central resource for community members to easily find and share information will assist in the growth of the local economy and foster a healthier community. Learn More

    GrowRochester is looking for students interested in gaining real-world experience building a company from the ground up. The GrowRochester Project is partnering with the Simone Center for Student Innovation to collaborate with students to help develop the company's brand, business and marketing strategies, create advertising campaigns and develop a web platform that can expand on a national level.
